Main Floor

Our main floor is a flexible, open-concept space designed to accommodate a wide range of events. It features modular seating, adjustable risers, a full-size main bar, a mobile satellite bar, and a stage that can be configured in multiple ways to suit your needs. The venue is equipped with a high-quality Funktion-One sound system, 55 moving lights, and 154 customizable LED panels across the ceiling. Delivering impressive production capabilities and a memorable atmosphere for any event.

Patio

Our 4,000-square-foot outdoor patio is a standout feature of the venue. Surrounded by palm trees and designed for both comfort and flexibility. This spacious area includes a large movable bar, six stylish cabanas, private restrooms, and plenty of seating throughout. With its own sound system and open-air layout, the patio is perfect for creating memorable events while letting guests enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather.

Lounge

Is there an age requirement for events?

We are a strictly 21+ venue

Do you offer A/V services?

Our standard venue rental covers full use of all on-site production equipment— LED screens, lighting, and audio gear (including DJ mixers and CDJs). It also includes the three technicians required to operate the equipment on the day of your event.

Is parking available?

The venue is surrounded by several public parking lots, so guests should have ample parking nearby. If you’d like to offer valet service, we can coordinate rentals of a few adjacent lots to support that option. We accommodate valets at many of our events, so we’re happy to help for yours as well!

Do you have a kitchen on site?

We have a small kitchen on-site. If you choose to use our in-house caterer, the kitchen is included in your rental. If you opt to bring in your own caterer, there’s no additional fee, unless access to the kitchen is needed. In that case, a kitchen buyout fee would apply.

Are there any F&B restrictions?

Bar services are exclusively provided in-house. We offer in-house catering and can also recommend preferred caterers who frequently work with us. Alternatively, you’re always welcome to bring in your own caterer.

Is there a required ticketing vendor?

You’re welcome to use your own ticketing vendor. While we work with TicketWeb and can assist you through that platform, you’re not required to use it. If you choose an outside vendor, please ensure you bring all necessary ticketing equipment for the event day—such as scanners, box office supplies, credit card processors, and ticket stock.

How many ways can you enter the building?

There are three different ways to enter the building. Each of our event spaces is designed to operate independently so the Patio, Main Room, and Upstairs can all be accessed via their own entrances.
